Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

PLACING AN ORDER

When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. 

Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Little Kiss Sally for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been dispatched to you. A separate email will be sent to you confirming the dispatch of the items. 

Your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will refund your card as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within five to seven working days.  Dates given are to the best of our knowledge and are not subject of any guarantee or condition.  No liabilty will attach to us if delivery times are not met.  

In the event of an item being out of stock we will notify you and despatch as soon as possible.

NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS

Any errors or shortages within you order must be notified to us within 7 days from delivery.   In the event of your delivery not arriving, we will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
